Terms and Conditions
We’re offering a 30-day managed virtual assistant trial to a limited number of qualified real estate agents. Here's how it works.
1. Overview
The 30-Day Virtual Assistant Trial (“Trial”) is offered by Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants to a limited number of qualified real estate agents. The purpose of this Trial is to provide selected participants with a structured introduction to managed virtual assistant support and demonstrate potential operational and business impact. Participation in the Trial is subject to the terms outlined below.
2. Eligibility & Selection
- The Trial is limited to 6 selected real estate agents
- Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance
- Participants must:
Be an active real estate agents
Have current or expected lead flow
Demonstrate a need for operational support
Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants reserves the right to approve or decline any applicant at its sole discretion.
3. Trial Duration
- The trial period is 30 calendar days
- The start date begins upon completion of onboarding and kickoff
- No extensions will be provided unless agreed upon in writing
4. Scope of Services
Participants will receive managed virtual assistant support, which may include:
Lead Management & Follow-ups
- Responding to new inquiries
- Follow-up with leads
- Lead qualification (basic screening)
Appointment Setting & Calendar Management
- Booking buyer/seller appointments
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Calendar coordination
- Rescheduling when needed
Listing & Transaction Coordination
- Listing and document coordination
- Uploading to MLS platforms
- Tracking transaction milestones
Marketing & Listing Promotion
- Posting listings on social media
- Email marketing campaigns
- Creating flyers and basic marketing assets
Communication Support
- Client follow-ups and updates
- Managing inbox and messages
Scope will be limited to agreed tasks defined during onboarding.
5. Service Structure
- Support is delivered through a managed model, not a freelance arrangement
- Tasks are to be executed based on defined workflows and priorities
- Communication will follow an agreed cadence and channel
- A dedicated VA will be assigned with oversight from Rocket Boost Client Success Manager
6. Usage Limits
- The Trial includes a defined monthly allocation of 80 support hours
- Unused hours do not roll over
- Excess usage beyond agreed scope is not included in the Trial
7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure success during the Trial, participants agree to:
- Provide timely access to tools, systems, and relevant information
- Clearly communicate priorities and expectations
- Respond to requests or clarifications in a timely manner
- Participate in onboarding and check-ins as needed
Failure to meet these responsibilities may impact service quality and outcomes.
8. Performance & Results Disclaimer
While the Trial is designed to improve operational consistency and support business processes:
- Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to: Increased revenue, Closed deals and Lead conversion rates
- Results depend on multiple factors including market conditions, lead quality, and client responsiveness.
9. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants agrees to:
- Maintain confidentiality of all client information
- Use client data solely for service delivery purposes
- Follow reasonable data security practices
Participants are responsible for ensuring proper access permissions and data sharing protocols.
10. Termination
Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants reserves the right to terminate the Trial at any time if:
- The participant is unresponsive or uncooperative
- There is misuse of the service
- The engagement is no longer a good fit
Participants may also discontinue the Trial at any time.
11. Post-Trial Continuation
At the end of the 30-day Trial:
- Participants will have the option to continue with a paid monthly service
- Continuation is entirely optional
- Pricing, scope, and terms will be provided separately
- No automatic billing or charges will occur without explicit agreement.
12. Non-Transferability
- The Trial is non-transferable
- It is valid only for the approved participant and business
13. Modifications
Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any material changes.
14. Fully Refundable Participation Fee
To secure participation in the 30-Day Trial, selected participants are required to pay a $500 participation fee prior to onboarding.
This fee is:
- Fully refundable at the end of the 30-day trial period if the participant chooses not to continue with the service, provided all terms of the trial have been met; or
- Applied as a credit toward the first month of paid services if the participant decides to continue.
The participation fee is intended to:
- Confirm commitment to the program
- Ensure active engagement during the trial period
Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants reserves the right to withhold the refund in cases of:
- Non-participation or lack of responsiveness
- Failure to provide necessary access, information, or collaboration required for service delivery
- Misuse of the trial or violation of these Terms & Conditions
15. Marketing Consent
In the event that the participant elects to continue with paid services after the Trial period, the participant grants Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants the right to reference the participant’s name, company name, and brand for marketing and promotional purposes.
Participants may opt out of this clause by providing written notice to Rocket Boost Virtual Assistants at any time.
16. Acceptance
By participating in the Trial, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
This trial is designed for serious agents who want to improve consistency from lead to closing.
